Finally, we decorate for the perfect Japanese pancake. The soul food from Osaka apparently translates to ‘cook whatever you want’ (Okonomi) –‘ grilled’ (yaki) and Abeno in Soho are the pre-eminent purveyors of this Japanese sensation.
