Looks great. Ma La means hot & numbing, the sensations of the sichuan peppercorn. Gourmet San is also a very good Sichuan place, though the portions are MASSIVE.

find it difficult to find excellent Sichuan dishes in London restaurants. i love the way the saliva chicken is drenched in that spicy sauce. what a gorgeous photo. great post.
