Guys - yeah was a great day out, expected it to be a hard slog (woke up at 8.30am on a sunday) but it turned out to be rather therapeutic instead.

Sounds like such a fun event - I even saw talk about it on the internet in Oz! So sad to miss out although a summer holiday in Italy was not a bad consolation I must admit... Well done on participating especially if you don't think you are much of a cook Kang - you must have some idea to be able to help poroduce those plates of food.

Kang's sold himself a bit short here - while I am, obviously, awesome I couldn't have done it on my own, as my headless chicken dash around the kitchen at the end while Kang calmly plated everything up demonstrated. Most importantly the rather incredible looking yorkshire pud was his one - mine barely rose off the bottom of the basin...

Wow, what a great record of the event! Can't believe you didn't help shell the peas. Even I can do that! Love the trio of granitas (looks very 'Michelin'). And Helen of Food Stories has a real fan!
