I agree, Terroirs is an oasis of deliciousness. I like to eat at the counter where you can watch the busy bar staff uncork and pour a steady stream of their many wines. Having been 5-6 times I've worked my way through most of the menu and consistently come back to a dish of juicy snails drizzled with a lively pesto served on crusty grilled bread and topped with a flavoursome disc of bacon. Wonderful. The wet polenta with wild mushrooms is a great mix of textures and earthy, lingering tastes and the braised shoulder of lamb served with cous cous and aubergine puree and coriander has, on all but one occasion, left me very happy indeed.

Enjoy reading your observations and obvious delight in all things tasty.
