Yvonne - hope your flight was comfy.. and welcome to London :D Great stuff! Glad you enjoyed Tartine and yes yes def Barrafina is a must!! Erm, you might want to try breakfast at Tapa room - they should have black pudding there. Otherwise, any decent greasy spoon should do an edible black pud :D

Helen - they boiled it and massacred it with rainbow chips :D Actually, my mum passed me some canned baby abalone.. hmm, I shall make abalone congee with it :D

What the hell did they do to that abalone?!! I used to eat it a lot when I was younger (when my parents were still responsible for feeding me!). Lovely photos and a great review as always...Look forward to the other posts. I want to go back now!

Kang! I've arrived! And there are too many new updates on your blog, im finding it hard to keep up! haha. Keep it up! ;)
I tried Tartine two nights ago. (had the crab) It was terrific!! and im going to check out barrafina and hummus brothers next. Bumped into the latter when dining at Princi (which is not bad--avocado, pear and chicken salad which was yummy).
Do you know of any place that serves good black pudding? I think it's time for my baptism of fire.
