Gera , hmm, I actually think that in Russian cuisine (i could actually be wrong about this) that they eat a similar type of dish to the steak tartare but with lemon and lime to disinfect it. Not too sure though, but you must give this a try!</description>

		<description>Excellent article Kang the tartaric looks great but I don&#039;t know if I&#039;d try it.
If they change a little the recipe perhaps marinated with lemon juice a bit. 
I know it isn&#039;t the original but in that way is safer.
