I can't believe you had the willpower to take so many pictures of your Square Pie before eating it! I've only got a few pictures of my Square Pie experience as it was calling to me too strongly to go into the beautiful level of detail you have.

I love that place, it's such a magical land. I'm on the hunt for the perfect pie in central London to celebrate British Pie Week - got any ideas?

Adam - Sure thing, anytime :)

Jorden - lol, you must support local if you have one! I wish I had a pie and mash shop near me, I would do that every day. Instead I have this really great pizzeria that does pretty authentic italian pizzas for £7.00 - I go there every other night as an excuse not to cook!

Howard -Oh! oh! Cafe de wheels - its a cart right?!! I ate there, I had the hot dog with chilli sauce on it when I was in Sydney :D I tried to stuff my mouth with the thing!! I also did makoto sushi ... hmm, I miss sydney and the fresh sushi :)

Dana,
You must try square pie, it really is pretty good (and cheap too) . Yeah it's got all kinds of flavours, chicken, cornish, cheese and onion and I don't know if they are still doing the christmas stuffing special with carvings, turkeys and stuff.

Yesh, Twilight is very good ;0

Vivi,
I loved Twilight! I thought it was excellent, particularly the music, i have it constantly playing on my iphone now :D They don't make these 'love at first sight... and unto death' movies anymore, there were so many beautiful scenes in the movie. I loved how they met, with the fan blowing her hair... and his grimmace .... the first time she set foot in his room and how he described his choice of music in Debussy and the last scene where they were dancing together to flightless bird, american mouth in the background ... he held her up with her injuries and all , and they just stared into each other's eyes.. and just shuffled left and right... was very good indeed.

I'm a foodie but I still believe in romance!

I love how you mentioned Twilight - it's my guilty pleasure!
I've wondered about Square Pie, because seeing it at Westfield before Christmas but not having a particularly strong desire of pies, I didn't try it. Now with your avid review... I want to taste one! Any other flavour than beef? (Don't really fancy beef in pie)

Looks lush mate. We have something similiar here Sydney called Harry's Cafe De Wheels, but they just dump the mash and peas on top of the pie making it hard to eat! I like the concept here of knife and fork, mmmm tasty.

Oooh square pie is yummy, although I must admit I feel a little bit dirty when I go in there, when I know I can go down the road to a proper Pie and Mash shop.

Selfridges food hall is fabulous, I could spend hours in there and I have!

Hand on heart, Kang, this is one of the weirdest articles I've ever read.

It's like you want to copulate with the lubricious centred pastry cube, shoe-horned in a cardboard coffin.
