I have always meant to go every year but somehow never found the time to do so (this year it coincided with some badminton tournament I was playing at). Those geese do look nice and plump - I think I will roast a goose for christmas this year instead of the usual turkey. Did you not get any pictures of food demos or is this part one of your Good Food Show article? With regards to wine, I'm sure my dad would love to write on wine when he has the time. I'll be sure to ask him when I speak to him. Of course, his choices for wine are more conservative and old school.
