Diane, that’s a great suggestion, hmm recipe of the week sounds a great idea. I’ll work this into my next eat&read and see how you like it . The chef interviews is definitely a smashing idea… hmm I have some ideas of questions forming in my mind now – perhaps even get a chef to guest blog here even? thanks for the comment, ultra helpful – I’ll work on this

It would be great to see interviews with all the chefs and also maybe a receipe of the week that can be done at home. I really enjoy reading this blog and the site so please keep up the good work
